Group Therapy
Healing in community.
A small, closed art therapy group for adults navigating life transitions, anxiety, or a longing for deeper connection.
There is something quietly powerful about making art alongside others — about being witnessed, and witnessing in return. Group therapy offers a space where you don't have to explain yourself before you're accepted.
About the group
This is a closed, process-oriented art therapy group for adults. We meet weekly, and the group is kept intentionally small — usually five to eight people — so that real connection and trust can develop over time.
You don't need any art experience or skill. The art-making is a way in — an opening to access parts of the self, experiences, emotions, nervous system states, and explore what is sometimes difficult to access through words. We work with a range of materials, diverse creative processes, and themes.
What group therapy offers
A sense of belonging
Being part of a group reminds you that you're not alone in what you're carrying. Shared experience is its own kind of medicine.
Creative expression
Art-making opens up ways of knowing and communicating that talk alone can't always reach. No experience or skill required.
Relational healing
Many of our wounds happen in relationship — and so does much of our healing. The group itself becomes a place to practise and grow.
