Workshops & Retreats
Creative experiences for groups, teams, and the open-hearted.
Whether you're looking to slow down and reconnect, bring your team together through creativity, or step away entirely into nature — there's a space here for you. Each offering is designed with care, held with intention, and open to all levels of experience.
Hands-On
Together, we'll explore different art materials and creative approaches, including bilateral drawing, movement and gesture, while discovering colours, textures and sensations that feel grounding and supportive. This isn't about making beautiful art. It's about enjoying the creative process, reconnecting with yourself and making space for curiosity and exploration. No previous art experience is needed. Just come as you are.
Space is limited to keep the experience personal and supportive.

Bringing people together through creativity.
Looking for a meaningful way to connect, reflect or celebrate with your team or community? I design engaging, hands-on creative workshops tailored to your group's needs. Through accessible art-making experiences, we create space for connection, wellbeing and shared exploration. Workshops can focus on team building, burnout prevention, mental health, nervous system care or special celebrations. No art experience is necessary.
Let's create something together
Whether you're planning a team event, community gathering or special celebration, I'd love to explore how creativity can bring your group together. Get in touch to discuss a workshop tailored to your needs.
Reach out to collaborateSlow down. Reconnect. Find yourself in nature.
Sometimes, the most meaningful thing you can do is step away from the demands of everyday life and make space for yourself. Join me and art therapist Alia Arbas for a restorative retreat in Joshua Tree, where creativity, nature and mindful movement come together to support rest, reflection and reconnection.
Through therapeutic art-making, somatic practices and time spent immersed in the desert landscape, you'll be invited to slow down, reconnect with your body and rediscover your creative energy. No pressure to produce, achieve or be anything other than yourself. Just space to breathe, explore and feel grounded again.
